Roselyn and Evelyn are both situated at the side of Calico House just off Marine Drive, access to and parking for each apartments is on The Crescent PL13 2DL.

From Looe continue along the A387 main road, go over the bridge turn and turn left at the end of the bridge and continue along Quay Road. At the end of the Quay bear left continue onto Hannafore Road at the top of the Hill continue onto Marine Drive. The Crescent is on the right just before Island view Cafe and Looe Tennis Club, turn right in to The Crescent. Roselyn is the first Apartment on the right, Evelyn is the second Apartment on the right.
