Terms & Conditions
On booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price of your stay which will secure your holiday dates. The remaining balance will be due for payment eight weeks prior to your arrival date. Should your arrival date be less than eight weeks on the day of booking the full amount of your stay is required when booking.
Confirmation of booking will be by email. We will send you a reminder email eight weeks before your stay requesting the balance of the payment for your stay.
Arrival and departure times
Arrival is any time after 3pm. This allows time to clean and prepare your apartment for your arrival.
We ask that you leave the apartment by 10am on day of departure. The apartment must be vacated before the departure time so it can be cleaned and prepared for the next visitors.
The key to your apartment will be located in a key safe, details regarding this will be emailed to you the week before you are due to stay.
Once you have booked and secured your Holiday in Roselyn or Evelyn you enter into a binding contract with us. Booking deposits are NON refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your booking less than eight weeks before your stay, we cannot offer a refund. We recommend you take out Holiday Insurance.
COVID-19 update – we have decided that if your stay is affected by any government restrictions imposed that mean you are not allowed to travel for your stay, we will either offer a full refund or you allow you to postpone your booking to another date.
No booking will be accepted by anyone under the age of 18 years.
No other persons other than the two persons on the booking and sharing the Apartment are allowed to stay in Roselyn or Evelyn.
There are no Dogs allowed in the Apartments.
The Apartments are NO SMOKING.
Roselyn and Evelyn are NOT wheelchair friendly, however are situated on a flat road with few steps.
The Owners cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal property during your stay.
